Psychometric Assessments

As a certified Quintax Psychometric Assessor, Flourish Careers can deliver a 90 minute psychometric and behavioural coaching session using the Quintax psychometric tool.

This session supports professionals to identify and manage workplace preferences and approaches, when it comes making and communicating decisions and interacting with others at work. Depending on requirements, we can also provide an overview  to the types of roles you may be best suited to. Ultimately you will gain a deeper awareness of self, your work style and areas for potential growth and development.
